Duties
Duties for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Entry-level clerical and office support work.
- Processing transactions and maintaining records, in a variety of organizational settings, to meet the requirements of agency programs.
- Keeping records; retrieving and compiling information.
- Performing basic arithmetic calculations.
- Mail, supply, and inventory functions; some keyboarding and other document preparation tasks.
- Answering telephones; completing forms; answering questions or otherwise assisting customers.
- Creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables.

- Possesses effective keyboarding, grammatical, written, and proofreading skills.
- Performs tasks accurately and within specific time frames.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills with staff, and with customers as necessary.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use common office equipment including personal computers, scanners, and photocopiers.
